Shamrock has a program for training future leaders. We provide work experience in our manufacturing processes at professional wages to recent college graduates in engineering and other fields. Our program starts with a three-month trial period to become mutually acquainted and potentially qualify for a position with growth potential.

Although this training program is focused on production, it includes weekly training activities with homework focused on applying the skills learned in college to the practical skills required in competitive business.
